American Goddezz

During my childhood, my mother, and grandmother would take my siblings and I to an indigenous community in Guatemala, where the locals engaged in the practice of lighting candles for specific purposes.

The inhabitants of the region held a deep belief in the significance of candle use. They would light candles shaped like female and males figures for the healing of an ill person, as well as representations of arms and legs while offering prayer for healing and setting intentions.

At the age of seven, I developed a profound appreciation for candles, marking the beginning for my respect for the art of candles making. Over the years I have gained extensive knowledge, particularly regarding the connection between candles and the elements of fire, which symbolizes the illumination of our inner beauty and that of others.
